We do not currently carry out automated decision-making using information we hold about you.

We may collect information about you from our third party partners, such as those whose events we attend or exhibit at. Other information may be collected from publicly-available sources or information which is published in the media. 

Depending on your settings or the privacy policies of social media or messaging services, such as LinkedIn, Twitter or YouTube, we may collect information about you from these sources, with your permission.

We may combine this information with other information you have provided to us, in order to use it as set out in this policy, but we will only do so when we have a lawful basis to do so. 

Sharing your data

We share your personal data with trusted third parties to allow us to provide our website and services to you. This includes third parties providing web hosting and development, IT support and maintenance, marketing services, customer relationship management (CRM), SAAS platforms and event-hosting.  

We may also share your personal data with our other group companies for the purposes set out in this Policy, such as for sales and marketing.
